I have found that essential oils can also help boost energy and lift my mood.

How To Essential Oils
Diffuse these oils in the air
Inhale directly from the bottle
Apply to hands and inhale
Topically:
Dilute with 1-2 drops of fractionated coconut oil and apply to skin or massage on muscles.
Place 1-2 drops in a warm bath
Dilute and apply 1-2 drops on temples, back of neck, wrists, liver area or bottoms of feet.
When we have a little more energy, we can thrive even more every day.
