A great way to be more intentional about 2018 is by creating a vision board! When we constantly remind ourselves of our dreams and review them daily, they are more likely to happen. I created my first vision board just last January and I can't believe what has happened since! WOW! I look forward to sharing what I have learned with you!
Save the date for January 13th, 2018 at 2pm as we do light yoga, set intentions & go through a guided meditation to set up this coming year with massive success! Cost is $10 per person and this includes all supplies to create your vision board for 2018, yoga, guided meditation and affirmations. Please bring a healthy snack to share and a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Any magazines you would like to donate are welcome!
If you have been wanting to learn more about essential oils, we are offering a 1:00pm class right before our Vision Board Workshop. Class is free and guests are welcome. When you RSVP HERE, please let me know what events you would like to attend on the 13th.
