Reaching Goals
I also struggle with these excuses. I recently read something that really made me think... If you say to yourself that you CAN’T/DON’T HAVE TIME to do something, it translates into the fact that you don’t WANT to do it.
Instead of Saying to Yourself:
I can’t make the meeting
I don’t have time do the laundry
I don’t have time to tidy my house
I can’t eat healthy
I don’t have time to cook
I don’t have time to read a self development book
I can’t get a job
I can’t meet new people
I don’t have time to study
There is no time in the day to get anything done
Try Saying:
I will make time for the meeting and help inspire others too
I’m gonna do a load of laundry a day
I will pick up and have my kids help too so that my home is tidy
I will take time to nourish my body daily
I love cooking healthy for myself and my family
I need to take 10 minutes a day to read something that will inspire me and feed my soul
I will get that job and do what it takes to make connections
Every day I run into people that I am meant to know
I will study my trade and get better every day
I will reprioritize my time, get off social media and make time for the important things in life

Don't get to the end of your life and WISH you would have done things differently. I encourage you to reach your goals, step out of your comfort zone, make new habits and do the things you have always dreamt of. You can do it. I believe in you and I believe you can. Do you?
